Who we are
Ideal Certification Private Limited is a private consultancy firm providing advisory and filing assistance in relation to business licensing, certification and statutory registration in India.
What we provide
We provide professional advisory services, prepare documentation, and file applications with the relevant authority on your instructions. Our engagement is one of professional effort and competence, not of guaranteed outcome.
What we cannot guarantee
- Approval. Grant or refusal of any licence, registration or certificate is at the discretion of the competent authority.
- Timelines. Any timeline we give is an estimate based on typical processing. Departmental queries, police verification, inspection schedules and portal downtime are outside our control.
- Government fees. Statutory fees are set by the authority and may be revised at any time.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and genuine documents and information
- Respond promptly when we request information or a signature
- Attend any personal appearance, verification or inspection the authority requires
- Inform us of any change in facts that affects a pending application
We rely on what you tell us. If an application is refused because information or documents given to us were inaccurate or misrepresented, the consequences and any refiling cost are yours.
Fees
You will receive a written quote before work begins, separating statutory or government fees from our professional fee. Government fees are payable to the authority and are non-refundable once paid, regardless of outcome. Our professional fee is payable as set out in the quote.
Refiling
Where an application is rejected for a procedural reason attributable to our preparation, we will respond to the objection and refile without a further professional fee. Statutory fees payable again on refiling remain your responsibility.
Confidentiality
We treat your documents and business information as confidential and disclose them only as required to deliver your engagement or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the professional fee received by us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of a contract, tender or business opportunity.

Governing law
