When you submit an enquiry form, call us, or engage us for a service, we collect the information you choose to give us. Typically that includes:

- The service you are enquiring about and details of your business
- Where you engage us, the statutory documents required for that filing — which may include identity documents, financial records and details of your directors, partners or employees
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the consultation you asked for
- To prepare, draft and file applications with the relevant government authority on your instructions
- To keep you informed about the progress of your file and about renewal dates
- To meet our own record-keeping and statutory obligations
Who we share it with
We share your information only where it is necessary to deliver the service you engaged us for. That means:
- Government departments and authorities — as part of the application we file on your behalf
- Certification bodies, training institutes and assessment agencies — where your engagement requires it, such as ISO certification or a PSARA training MoU
- Professional associates — chartered accountants, company secretaries or advocates engaged on your file, who are bound by the same confidentiality obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
We retain client records for as long as is necessary to provide the service, to support any future renewal or query on the same registration, and to comply with our own legal and professional record-keeping obligations. Enquiry data from prospects who do not engage us is retained for a limited period and then deleted.
How we protect it
Access to client documents is restricted to the consultants working on your file and to administrative staff who need it. We ask that you send sensitive documents by the channels we agree with you rather than by unsecured public channels.
Your choices
- You may ask us what personal information we hold about you
- You may ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
- You may ask us to delete information, subject to any record-keeping obligation we are under
- You may ask us to stop contacting you for marketing purposes at any time
This website
Enquiry forms on this site collect only the fields shown on the form. The site loads a web font from a third-party font service, which may record your IP address as part of serving that request. If you would prefer the site not to make any third-party request, ask your developer to self-host the font files.
